- under no circumstances will I rehome or sell the animal (or attempt to do the same) without the express written permission of Purrfect Pawprints. - If, I return the animal to Purrfect Pawprints, for any reason--through any of their representatives, I understand I am thereby relinquishing ownership of the animal. - I will at no time assert any claim, charge, or demand, of any kind or nature, against Purrfect Pawprints for any charges which may have been incurred by me, including-but not limited to- veterinarian fees, in connection with the animal. - I understand my adoption fee is non-refundable.

I will follow all animal regulations and ordinances in my city, and maintain current vaccinations. *

- current vaccinations will include rabies and FVRCP. - I will have the animal examined annually by a veterinarian at my expense. - I will not permit the animal to run at large or to become a public nuisance. - I will keep means of identification on the animal at all times. -In the event the animal becomes lost, I will make every reasonable effort to locate and reclaim the animal, and will immediately retrieve the animal from any public or private shelter when notified that the animal is being held at any such location. I agree to pay the fees that may be associated with this.

I understand the information provided to me about the animal I am adopting may have been received from third parties and that Purrfect Pawprints does not warrant the accuracy or correctness of such information. *

- I understand that animals can be unpredictable and Purrfect Pawprints cannot anticipate or insure against unexpected conduct of any animal adopted through them. - I acknowledge that Purrfect Pawprints has not made through its agents, volunteers, representatives, or employees, any warranties regarding the future condition, temperment, or conduct of the animal. - I hereby accept the animal as is, and assume all risks and responsibilities associated with the ownership of the animal, including medical needs, bites or other destructive behavior. - I understand that although the animal may appear healthy at the time of adoption, there is no guarantee or warranty on the health or condition of the animal that I am adopting. Should any condition arise, I understand that any medical treatment is solely my responsibility and shall hold Purrfect Pawprints harmless for same. - I hereby fully and completely release, indemnify, and hold harmless Purrfect Pawprints, its directors, officers, volunteers, agents, servants, and employees from any claim, cause of action or liability of any sort or nature, whether known or unknown, directly arising out of or in connection to the adoption, care, or ownership, maintenance, retention, temperament, conduct or condition of the animal.

I understand that this contract may be specifically enforceable by Purrfect Pawprints through judicial proceedings, including the right of the rescue to recover the animal due to any breach of the terms this contract holds. *

I hereby agree that in the event I breach this contract and Purrfect Pawprints files suit to enforce this contract or to defend any claim under this contract, or if I file suit against Purrfect Pawprints and the court rules in favor of Purrfect Pawprints, that I will pay any court costs and attorneys' fees incurred by Purrfect Pawprints in connection herewith. *
